|Recommended: Yes1 Bedroom, Solo — This is the nicest and priciest apartment I've rented alone. The initial rental process was fairly straight-forward. I moved in late in the month, so the 400 rent discount was nice. Only 365 actually went to my rent.. I wish the remaining portion was used on other fees, but you can't beat a 150 deposit. But other than that I'm loving the apartment. The USB plugs in the sockets are a nice touch.
My only issues are that the A C seems a little weak. It's my first week so I'll just let the office know if it's something that needs to be addressed.
The staff and maintenance crew are very nice and helpful. They respond quickly and have sharp answers to all of my questions.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Place — My Husband and I just move in and Dog. Enjoy the park Dog a lot. Love this place and floor plan beautiful. Very calm area. So clean and new. Very protective area from crime and maintaining they do the best to fix any problems fast. Very happy. Staff are very patient and friendly to talk. Super happy.

If there are any issues like a refrigerator making noises, fixed quickly and professionally. We feel secure and safe and just love living here.
